How does a subscription work?

You will receive an email 7 weeks after delivery of your Småkassen. There you will be asked to update the details for your the next delivery. You can change pretty much anything, such as the size of the box, the size of the clothing, the style, etc. Also you decide when you want a new Småkassen.

Is my child too old for Småkassen?

We can supply clothing in most sizes, but larger than 116 must be ordered. This takes about one to two weeks.

What if I have twins?

With twins you have to order a Småkassen for each child, but we can of course make sure that the clothes match. If you want that then please leave a comment.

Can I cancel or pause a subscription?

You can, of course, just send an email to mona.og.mark@smakassen.no.

When do I get my Småkassen?

We try to deliver your Småkassen as soon as possible. If we have the necessary clothes, then we try to send it the next day. Since we use DHL Express, this means that you may already receive the Småkassen the following day.

If we need to order clothes, we will contact you. Normally this takes approx. 1 to 2 weeks.

Are the prices per box or for the entire subscription?

All prices shown are per box. You get free delivery, free returns and the styling fee is included.

When come the clothes on sale?

None of our clothes comes on sale (but we give discounts on previous seasons if you choose to receive this). We are here to make shopping a joyful surprise. You save time and don't have to worry about your childrens wardrobe. We spend a lot of time choosing the perfect outfits for you, you can think of us as the personal shopper for your kids.

              

We want to maintain a loyal relationship with our customers and believe that one of the best ways to do this is to avoid having to worry about future discounts. If you keep everything, you get a 10% discount, no matter what time of year it is.

How do I pay?

Through our payment provider Arvato we can offer payment by invoice in Norway and The Netherlands. With invoice you have 14 days/30 days respectively payment delay from when we send your Småkassen. You will receive the invoice at the email address you provided. In case of unsatisfactory credit check, the Småkassen must be prepaid with credit card (or different payment methods depending on country). If you pay by credit card, the amount will be reserved when you order, but it will not be charged until we send the Småkassen.

Can I return goods if I am dissatisfied?

Aren't you happy with the purchase? No problem! Keep what you like, send the rest back, return are free (is collected by DHL Express). We celebrate by giving you a 10 % discount on the delivered value when you keep everything.

How do I return clothes and / or Småkassen

Contact us first at mona.og.mark@smakassen.no to let us know what you want to change / return.

              

Treat your clothes the way you want us to do when we send it to you. We have to give them to someone else, so fold them neatly and protect them. Used or washed clothes cannot be returned.

              

You are responsible for returning the clothing, so we recommend that you use the provided label from DHL Express. Damaged goods due to poor packaging we will not refunded.
